On November 29, 2016, David L. Meyerson prevailed at a bench trial in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas on an administrative appeal relating to the Industrial Commission's denial of a workers' compensation claim. The claim was brought by a female employee who suffered an L4-5 lumbar disc displacement while lifting a podium and file boxes at work. The Court found that Dave proved by a preponderance of the evidence that the claim for this injury should be allowed.
