MY STORY
Nudy’s Luncheonette, no it is not what you think; it was a deli outside of Valley Forge, PA where Leland worked washing dishes while in high school. It was a hard job, and it is where Leland gained an appreciation for the working world. After high school, Leland moved down to rural West Virginia for college, where he was exposed to the hardship of the coal miners and the industrial sector, and the harsh reality of how dependent families were on a weekly paycheck. These experiences led Leland to law school so that he could use his law degree to help those who are the backbone of our economy.
Having focused on workers’ compensation matters for many years, Leland understands the toll that a work-related injury takes on an injured worker, and that this is a process that exhausts his clients mentally, physically, financially and spiritually. Therefore, he makes it a point of his practice to guide his clients through the process. He appreciates that it is not just the injured worker, but the whole family, that is affected by the injury and claim. He knows how imperative it is that the injured worker's medical treatment and monetary benefits be provided on a timely basis, and that the injured worker is suffering enough from the injury, he/she should not have to worry about having their treatment denied and payments withheld. Leland is passionate that the injured worker is taken care of professionally and properly and that the claim is resolved to their satisfaction.
